Era: the late kamakura period to the Nanbokucho period.
Shape: Osuriage Mumei wakizashi with wide Shinoji-ji.
Jigane: fine Itame hada with Mokume with Jinie, Chikei. Hadame can be seen well. There is Homarekizu around Kissaki.
Hamon: thick Suguha and Gunoem midare with doubled hamon, sunagashi and kinsuji. Boshi is hakikake and yakizume.

Hamon: Shikkake was the swordsmith school in Nara from the late Kamakura period to the Nanbokucho period founded by Norinaga.

Special feature: Soft nioikuchi, beautiful jigane and complicated Hamon is reminiscent of Ryumon. This is a work of outstanding workmanship with many highlights that combine the charm of an old sword in abundance, and I highly recommend it.

Tsuba: flowr-shaped iron tsuba with inlaid dots.
Fuchikashira : Shakudo with a picture of Samurai crossing a river on horseback.
