A metal engraver active during the Momoyama and early Edo periods, Gotō Tokujō was the fifth head of the main Gotō family, founded by Gotō Yūjō. His common name was Genjirō Mitsumoto. Born as the eldest son of Mitsunori, he was raised in Kyoto.
