Aoi Art’s Comment: The bright midare hamon of hitatsura is notable for its brilliant and elegant appearance, though it is challenging to forge. This tanto features a bright and active hamon with sunagashi and kinsugi from the tip to the middle, transitioning to a gentler pattern towards the end. The thick blade is excellently crafted. Active around the Bun'an period in the Muromachi era (1444).
