Secchuan Nisho seems to be a haiku poet around 1941.
The accompanying description includes the following.
This is a scene of an old monk sweeping his garden after the rain. In a puddle in the hollow of the garden, spring clouds are casting shadows along with sticks and pebbles, and even the spring clouds in the puddle are being flushed along with the sticks and pebbles.
