Features:
Among Terukane's works, works with Suguha(straight blade pattern) are rare, and Juyo Certificate mentions that this piece was thought to be modeled after works of Go Yoshihiro, the Soshuden swordsmith in Nanbokucho period.
While NBTHK Juyo review tend to value dynamically disordered blade patterns more highly than suguha, The Suguha of this piece is thick and soft as if blurred, with much sunagashi and Kinsuji in it, presenting a complex and attractive aspect, showing the high level of the swordsmith's skill.

Koshirae:
Tsuba: Mokko-shaped Shakudo nanako plate featuring a high-relief dragon with golded inlays.
Fuchikashira: Shakudō nanako-ji with high-relief carving of tigers.
Menuki: the motif is unknown, but it looks like plants.
