Features:
This piece is a copy of the tachi sword Kogarasumaru, which was produced at the dawn of Japanese swords from the end of the Nara period to the Heian period and has been handed down as a Heike family heirloom. Based on the soundness of the jigane, I think this piece was made around the Meiji period. The length is longer than the actual Kogarasumaru. The length is longer than the actual Kogarasumaru (71.3cm). The jigane is exquisite, with Chikei, and the hamon is bright and brilliant. The polishing is also good.
