Shinto: Jyo Saku, Wazamono, Yamashiro. We divide 4 sections for each sword as Saijyo Saku, Jyojyo Saku, Jyo Saku, and Regular Saku. This sword is ranked as Jyo Saku among the works of Izumi no Kami Rai Kinmichi (Kikumon).

Shape: The blade has a standard width and thickness, with a moderate curvature.
Jigane: Small itame-hada, well-forged, with jifu appearing.
Hamon: The pattern starts as a suguha (straight) from the base, then changes to a deep nioiguchi with a gunome midare (irregular clove pattern), displaying active ashi (legs). The boshi (tip) returns in a round shape.

Features: The first-generation Kinmichi moved from Mino to Kyoto with his father Kanemichi during the Eiroku era. Along with Niwa no Kami Yoshimichi and Echizen no Kami Masatoshi, they founded the school that later became the leading smiths of the Kyoto Five Swordsmiths. Kinmichi later became the head of the group, solidifying his reputation and position. His disciples carved the Kiku (chrysanthemum) mon on the tang, symbolizing their power and influence.
