Features: The third son of the first-generation Yasutsugu, known as Shiroemon and later as Ichiroemon. After the death of the second-generation Yasutsugu, the family split into the Echizen and Edo lines, both assuming the title of the third generation. This piece adheres closely to the styles of the first and second generations, maintaining the tradition of Yasutsugu craftsmanship.

This katana, crafted with robust Nanban-tetsu, showcases its refined Jigane, with vividly visible mokume-hada and dark tones, embodying the distinctive style of the Echizen third generation. The blade is in excellent condition, featuring a single mekugi hole and an Aoi mon engraved with precision. A highly recommended piece for collectors and enthusiasts.
