Appraisal Quiz #802

Previous answer is
Mumei (Sengo Masashige)
無銘 (千子正重)

Features: Sengo Masashige's father was Muramasa, and their signatures and nakago are similar.
This swordsmith is said to be the son of Muramasa and a disciple of Sengo Muramasa,
with a style very similar to Muramasa's. While Muramasa's hamon is subdued,
this piece is bright and clear. Additionally, the Muramasa school is known for producing many tanto,
but katana are extremely rare. This piece, a katana, is therefore quite exceptional.
The hada shows a large flowing masame, displaying Mino characteristics.
We highly recommend this piece, which closely resembles the works of Muramasa.
