Features: Osafune Masamitsu was a student of Kanemitsu and worked until around the Oei period. He made many swords with saki-zori tanto and long tanto, and also produced blades with gunome choji and suguha hamon, as well as Kanemitsu-style carvings.

Hamon: The hamon consists of a deep nioiguchi in gunome pattern, with weak sunagashi and kinsuji, and the boshi turns back in a rounded shape. There are occasional yaki in the shinogi-ji.
