Era: the Middle Edo period, around Jyokyo era(1684-1688)
Shape: wide and thick blade
Jitetsu: Itame hada well grained with much jinie attach and many Chikei work.
Hamon: Niedeki thick gunome Midare and Aranie work.(wildish rough nie)

Special feature : The Mizuta Kunishige school started from late Muromachi and continued until the end of Edo period. There is a Kitae-ware on Kissaki part.
The intensely attached Nie is a fascinating.
