Habaki : silver single habaki.
Blade length : 36.4 cm (14.3in)

Era: the late Muromachi period
Shape: the wide Mitsumune Wakizashi with carving of a dragon and Homa chopsticks.
Jigane: fine Ko-itame hada with Jinie
Hamon: Nie base Notare and Gunome midare matching on the front and back. Boshi is pointed and turns back.

Special feature: Sengo was a swordsmith school in Ise province in the late Muromachi period. Masazane was a apprentice of Muramasa. The hamon is matched on the front and back, and the Nakago is bulging, which is a common characteristic of Muramasa.
