He is a student of Inagawa Yoshikatsu, later studying under Juraku. Signed as "Kimura Yoshitoshi (kao)" and "江城東紅葉川辺木村良寿生年十五歳作之" (Made by Kimura Yoshitoshi at the age of 15 on the banks of Momijigawa in Edo). Known for works featuring high-relief carvings of lions and figures, as well as kata-kiri-bori (single-cut carving). Resided in Edo during the late Edo period.
