Shape: A wakizashi with a wide blade and sturdy thickness.
Jigane: Tightly packed ko-itame grain, resulting in high-quality konuka-hada (Hizen steel).
Hamon: A lively choji-midare mixed with gunome-midare, with abundant ashi and ha activity, showing prominent kinsuji and frequent sunagashi. The nioikuchi is bright and clear with thick ko-nie.

Features: Masahiro of Hishu (Higo Province), Kawachi no Kami, was the son of the first-generation Masahiro. His work resembles that of his father, characterized by a deep nioikuchi and a distinctive nyudo-kumo (cumulus cloud) style. He passed away at the age of 73 on August 6, 1700 (Genroku 13).
