From Aoi Art: Tōshi.His name is also know as Koshichirou,who was pupil of Goto Mitsuyoshi. He was born in Kyoto and had a disciple named Fukawa Kazunori. He signed his works as Tō Masatsune (with a kaō) and created pieces dated to the mid-spring of Kōka 2 (1845). He made kozuka (a small knife) decorated with high-relief colored carvings of Goto-style dragons on a shakudo nanakoji ground. He was a skilled craftsman and resided in Edo.
